FlashRNA® for base editing: in vivo use by intradermal administration

This document details the in vivo use of FlashRNA^® via intradermal administration for base editing, successfully correcting the LMNA gene mutation linked to Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome (HGPS) in a mouse model.
